History

The band is named after a line from the New Found Glory song "Head On Collision". After releasing two records on Emerald Moon Records and performing with popular bands such as Motion City Soundtrack, The Early November, Acceptance, Gym Class Heroes, Cartel, and The Academy Is..., the four-piece of then-high school seniors was signed by Hopeless Records, who released their latest EP Put Up or Shut Up in 2006. They were on the 2006 Warped Tour and opened the 2006 HFStival. In early 2007, they were on tour with Cute Is What We Aim For, Brighten and This Providence. They also toured with Hit The Lights and Valencia. In April, 2007, the band went into the studio to record a new album, "So Wrong, It's Right", which was released September 25th. They were on the entire 2007 Vans Warped Tour. The band is currently on the Tourzilla tour with Boys Like Girls, theAUDITION, We The Kings, and Valencia. Lead singer, Alex Gaskarth was removed from St. Paul's School, a prestigious private school, due to less than stellar academic performance. All Time Low formed in 2003 when the rock band's members were attending Baltimore-area high schools Dulaney High School and Towson High School. They practiced during school and went on tour when school was not in session. Their "energetic and rough" style of live performance is influenced by groups such as Blink-182 and Green Day. In 2006, just months before Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, and Rian Dawson graduated from Dulaney High School and Zack Merrick graduated from Towson High School, All Time Low signed with Hopeless Records. Several months later the band released a new EP entitled Put Up or Shut Up on Hopeless Records, containing newly recorded versions of songs from The Party Scene along with two new tracks. At recent concerts, All Time Low has been playing three new tracks, "Dear Maria, Count Me In", "Let It Roll" and an acoustic song, "Remembering Sunday". All Time Low appeared on the compilation albums 'A Tribute to Blink 182' and Punk Goes Acoustic 2 with a cover of the Blink 182 song 'Time to Break up' and an acoustic version of their song "Jasey Rae" respectively.
