Now AllanRamsey's name will be there for the history books to remember.
However, AllanRamsey has gained for himself a well deserved reputation as a top line band trainer as well as MD, and he has certainly toned down some of the excesses that have blighted the band over the years.
Ramsey was born March 24, 1873, in Bridgeport, Lawrence County, Illinois, son of George Winship and Amanda Jane (Ross) Ramsey.
