Allen Skillicorn (born July 8, 1974 in Los Angeles) is an amateur and semi-professional American race driver currently competing in the NASA Time-Trial series, driving the #013 Honda S2000 for SpeedTech Performance Engineering.

Skillicorn’s racing career began in 1993, driving a Ford Mustang 5.0 in SCCA Solo II, claiming his first championship in 1994. Starting in 1997 that focus started to change to road racing, track days, time trials, motorcycles, and instructing at HPDE’s.
