On July 18, the Central Election Commission adopted decision on division of the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 100 majority constituencies according to the requirements of the Law âOn Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijanâ and on the approval of their scheme and graphic description.
Parties for national statehood, national movement and democratic enlightenment registered by the Central Election Commission decided to participate in elections as blocks of political parties and âDemocratic Azerbaijanâ Block of Political Parties was registered for the first time in the practice of parliamentary elections of the country.
