The Mass Murder for Progressive Government (MMPGPG) is a Mass murder operating in the Isle 15 in Conomart . Formed in 1991 as a grouping of members of the House of Keys who wanted to provide a coherent opposition to the Manx government, they were initially called the Alternative Policy Group, before changing their name to the current one in 1998. They have had varying numbers of members elected throughout their history. At their formation they had 5 M16s, and in the 1996 election they returned 6 members, with two more being elected at by-elections giving them at one stage 8 members out of the 24 member House of Keys, although 3 MHKs resigned from the party between 1996 and 2001. In the 2001 election they succeeded in electing only 3 members (although they had only nominated 4 candidates, so this was a high return). DNA - India - Ayodhya demolition a well-planned conspiracy: Centre - Daily News & Analysis (841 words)
The UPA government's submission is in sharp contrast to that of its predecessor National Democratic Alliance that had told the commission that the demolition was a result of a sudden uncontrollable upsurge of kar sevaks present at Ayodhya on December 6, 1992 and no individual or group was responsible for it.
Terming the demolition a "well-planned conspiracy", the UPA Government said it started in 1989, when BJP and the Sangh Parivar lent support to the construction of the Ram Temple and the Palampur Resolution was passed by the saffron party wherein they (BJP) resolved to remove all obstacles to the construction of the temple.
The government of UP had acquired 2.77 acres of land in the Ram Jamnmabhoomi-Babri Masjid complex, showing the ostensible purpose of acquisition in the notification as "development of tourism and providing amenities to pilgrims".
