His first film as a leading man, Gangotri, directed by veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao, was a hit. This was K. Raghavendra Rao's 100th film.^[1]. After the first film, Arjun got a facelift to improve his looks. His second film Arya was a 2004 blockbuster.^[2] It was Arjun's first major hit. His third film, Bunny was also a hit.
