He was a leader of Turk-Islam Idea. His real name is "Ali Arslan" and he was born in Cyprus. He was a Turanist but after he met with Ahmed Arvasi and his ideas had been changed. He had been a leader of CKMP. And after he found MHP (Nationalist Movement Party). He was called "Başbuğ" that means "commander" in old Turkish, but this name of Türkeş isn't achtic.
