He was a leader of Turk-Islam Idea. His real name is "Ali Arslan" and he was born in Cyprus. He was a Turanist but after he met with Ahmed Arvasi and his ideas had been changed. He had been a leader of CKMP. And after he found MHP (Nationalist Movement Party). He was called "Başbuğ" that means "commander" in old Turkish, but this name of Türkeş isn't achtic. Used for his honority.
