The Alpine Way is a State highway in New South Wales, Australia.


The Alpine Way starts near Jindabyne on the eastern side of the Snowy Mountains. It runs south-west past Thredbo and crosses the crest of range at Dead Horse Gap. It then winds around the western side of the range, past the Geehi River to Khancoban.


The Alpine Way was built about 1950 and was paving the road was only completed in the 1990's. It is winding and very scenic.
