Altima the Bloody Angel is the final boss of the Sony Playstation game, Final Fantasy Tactics. "She" is the leader of the Lucavi Demons, and is associated with the Virgo Stone. It is unclear exactly how Altima and Ajora Glabados became one, but following Ajora's death, Altima could only be brought back into Ivalice by bringing Alma Beoulve to Murond Death City, and using the Virgo Stone to place Ajora in Alma's body. The name "Altima" is actually a mistranslation and was intended to be "Ultima" to match the name of the spell, Ultima, and the Ultima Demons that are also found in the game. The error was corrected in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance where "Ultima" serves as the Totema for the Nu Mou race.
