The history of ALWAYS RUNNING began over two decades ago when Tony Williams, at 14 years of age, wrote a note to his parents and hung it on his bedroom door on the night before his first championship race.
Always Running acquired it's first treadmill in response to this need, and the AR gym first opened its doors in 1997, making it possible to develop adequate indoor training programs.
