Amanda Lynn Swafford (born October 30, 1978 in Hendersonville, North Carolina) is an American fashion model and television personality. She came in third place on Cycle 3 of the reality television show America's Next Top Model. Swafford is legally blind; she is afflicted with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye condition. Swafford appeared on the Cycle 3 of the hit reality show, America's Next Top Model, produced by supermodel Tyra Banks. She did excellently in the competition, especially when the contestants had to shoot close-up photos without wearing any make-up. The judges were just blown away by her photograph when they saw that the retouched photo and the nonretouched ones were barely different.
