In the works of J. R. R. Tolkien, the Calaquendi (singular Calaquend) are the Elves of Light, those who dwelt in Valinor. Another name for them is Amanyar, "Those of Aman". They include the Vanyar, Ñoldor, and those Teleri who passed over Belegaer, as well as the Sindarin king Thingol alone of all his people.
Those Elves who did not come to Valinor during the Great Journey are called the Úmanyar, meaning "Not of Aman".

I'm not sure if the people of Amanyar was the people who were crying, but they need help and I will give them my help.
In the recent time without any leader much kowledge is lost: the map is dark and my people forgot any knowledge about their neighbors and their connections to them.
