Amber Fleury was the eighth-place finisher in the third season of Canadian Idol, which aired during the summer of 2005. A native of Dauphin, Manitoba, Amber now calls Calgary, Alberta home, where she is a paralegal. Brian:In this number, Amber was on the tune with a nice timbre to her voice, and showed range and volume far superior than the other seven.
She was the best singer of the night and the season, though the judges might have gone a little overboard.
In my eyes, Devika and Amber are the two who deserve to go through, but with two girls making the Top 10 last week, I think we'll see at least one of the guys go through this week for sure.
