Ambrose Rokewood (1578? - January 31, 1606) was one of the principal members of the abortive 1605 Gunpowder Plot conspiracy to assassinate James I of England and Members of Parliament.

Rokewood was a member of a prominent Suffolk catholic family. In February 1605 he was convicted of recusancy; he became a member of the Gunpowder Plot conspiracy shortly after. He was captured, along with a number of the other conspirators at Holbeche House, Stafford.
