Associate members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges afforded to Active members, except the right to vote, hold elective offices or represent the Association as heretofore described in Section 1.
Student Members of this Association shall be fully matriculated students of a college of osteopathic medicine accredited by the AmericanOsteopathicAssociation, members of the AmericanOsteopathicAssociation, serving on active duty or in a reserve component in one of the uniformed services of the United States.
The number of trustees of the Association shall be twelve (12), consisting of the officers of the Association and five (5) additional Trustees, who shall be elected by ballot by a majority of the active and postgraduate members at the annual meeting of the membership.
