Amy Robach (born 1973 in Michigan) is an anchor at MSNBC. She joined the network in 2003 from WTTG-TV in Washington, D.C. In addition to her hosting duties as the 1pm ET anchor for MSNBC Live Wednesday-Friday, Robach is an alternating co-host of Weekend Today, with Lester Holt, an alternating News Anchor on NBC News's Weekend Today and substitute host of Weekend Nightly News. Robach is also a guest host on the weekday Today Show, and occasionally fills in for Keith Olbermann on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. She lived half of her childhood in St. Louis, spent nine years in Georgia, and moved on to South Carolina, Washington, D.C., and the New York area.
