Analyze is a powerful software package developed by the Biomedical Imaging Resource (BIR) at Mayo Clinic for multi-dimensional display, processing, and measurement of multi-modality biomedical images. It is a commercial program and is used for medical tomographic scans from magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and positron emission tomography. Jump to: navigation, search The Biomedical Imaging Resource (BIR) at Mayo Clinic is dedicated to the advancement of research in the biomedical imaging and visualization sciences. ... The Mayo Clinic is a world-renowned medical practice operated by the Mayo Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Rochester, Minnesota. ... Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - also called magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) - is a method of creating images of the inside of opaque organs in living organisms as well as detecting the amount of bound water in geological structures. ... CT apparatus in a hospital Computed tomography (CT), originally known as computed axial tomography (CAT) and body section roentgenography, is a medical imaging method employing tomography where digital processing is used to generate a three-dimensional image of the internals of an object from a large series of two-dimensional... Positron emission tomography (PET) is a nuclear medicine medical imaging technique which produces a three dimensional image or map of functional processes in the body. ...

Its file format has been widely used in the functional neuroimaging field, and other programs such as SPM, AIR and MRIcro are able to read and write the format. The files can be used to, e.g., store voxel-based volumes. One data item consists of two files: One file with the actual data in a binary format with the filename extension '.img' and another file (header with filename extension '.hdr') with information about the data such as voxel size and number of voxel in each dimension. SPM has defined changes to this format, among other things the voxel ordering within the file. Functional neuroimaging is the use of brain imaging technology to measure an aspect of brain function, often with a view to understanding the relationship between activity in certain brain areas and specific mental functions. ... Statistical parametric mapping or SPM is a statistical technique for examining differences in brain activity recorded during functional neuroimaging experiments using brain imaging technologies such as fMRI or PET. It may also refer to a specific piece of software created by the Wellcome Department of Imaging Neuroscience (part of University... Air is a name for the mixture of gases present in the Earths atmosphere. ... A voxel is a volume element, representing a value in three dimensional space. ... A filename extension is an extra set of (usually) alphanumeric characters that is appended to the end of a filename to allow computer users (as well as various pieces of software on the computer system) to quickly determine the type of data stored in the file. ...

What we get in Analyze That are several talented actors delivering their familiar screen personas in the service of an idiotic plot.
Analyze That is no surprise, and pleasant is about the most you can say for it.
This tepid sequel to Harold Ramis's mobster-on-the-couch comedy "Analyze This" (1999) is partially redeemed by Robert De Niro's handful of scenes with Cathy Moriarty-Gentile, who made her screen debut as the teenage wife in "Raging Bull."
The Z Review - Analyze That (949 words)
Analyze That sees the return of Director Harold Ramis and actors Robert De Niro and Billy Crystal, but the characters and material they return to feel much too dated and recycled.
Analyze That is a disappointment, despite some efforts to create valuable comedic relief, even if some of it is toilet-like humor or completely ridiculous, like the sushi incident.
I believe Analyze That comes in Dolby Digital 5.1 even though it is not specified on the DVD cover or language menu.
