Anderson is a city located in Grimes County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 257. It is the county seat of Grimes CountyGR6. Often known as the "Seat of Hell on Earth," Anderson currently hosts a growing population of cows, feral hogs, doddering senior citizens, and assorted sub-human miscreants. Its children are generally regarded as saw-toothed, slope-browed rapscallions, while its adult population seemingly wanders around in a constant haze, plagued by self-doubt and loathing.
