Andrew C. "Andreas" Katsulas (May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006) was an American actor best known for his roles as Ambassador G'Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5, as the one-armed villain Sykes in the film The Fugitive (1993), and as the Romulan Commander Tomalak on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Katsulas guest starred on many television shows, including Alien Nation, The Equalizer, Murder, She Wrote, NYPD Blue, Max Headroom, and Star Trek: EnterpriseHe was also the voice of Scree the gargoyle in the video game Primal. Michael Straczynski "loved smoking with a passion that cannot be described," was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer; he passed away a year later, in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 59. He is survived by his wife and two children.
