My Fathers Court Case against Bank of Baroda (BOB) is not progressing but we have recently received explosive information about bribes paid by BOB to a Senior Judge and Police Officers and Lawyers involved in the case. These corrupt individuals have no doubt been instrumental in making sure that the case goes no-where and is perpetually adjourned and never heard. Please connect to the site www.baroda.us and read comments #134 & #143 in particular. The Judge is a man called Sik Yuen whom I understand is a very Senior Judge. Furthermore we received further information from a BOB insider showing a distinct paper trail showing how the clerk stole the money and moved it through various other accounts to eventually end up in his account.

This is all very,very good information and here in UK it would be enough to commence thorough investigations. Unfortunately my Fathers Lawyers are treating the information with complete apathy and we cannot understand why they are not as excited or active with the new revelations as we are?.

I understand that you all must be very busy but any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Since we do not live in Mauritius and my Father is old we need advice from a learned and experienced local familiar with the Mauritian way of looking at things and dealing with such matters and cannot think of anyone better than you!

We feel that we need to be a little more aggressive in pushing this case to the forefront of news and the information we have recently received should not be ignored.
