Due to Anextiomarus’ legal troubles it was ten years before Infernum, with a new lineup, had an opportunity to record “The Curse.”
Anextiomarus wished for the band to continue and the remaining band members signed with Sound Riot Records.
Infernum is Anextiomarus on vocals and guitar, Necromanticus on guitar, Exterminus on keyboards, Wolf on bass, and Charon on drums.

During the recording of the next album Anextiomarus amused oneself with some serious wholesome problems that the band had to suspend the activity.
Anextiomarus and Charon made a gathering to decide about the return from the band in December 2002.
That was an honour to Sound Riot Records gets Infernum to their roster as they were the only one label to distribute "Damned Majesty" as well as other releases of Witching Hour Productions in the Brazil around 1994, almost 200 cassettes of this title were sold there.
