Anna Thomas is a producer and screenplay writer. She co-wrote the screenplays for Frida, My Family, A Time of Destiny, El Norte, The End of August, and The Confessions of Amans. With Gregory Nava, her husband at the time, Anna was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for El Norte. She wrote and directed the film The Haunting of M.
