Annin Township is a township located in McKean County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 835.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 86.9 km² (33.6 mi²). 86.9 km² (33.5 mi²) of it is land and 0.03% is water.

Demographics

As of the census² of 2000, there are 835 people, 311 households, and 236 families residing in the township. The population density is 9.6/km² (24.9/mi²). There are 399 housing units at an average density of 4.6/km² (11.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 98.20% White, 0.24% African American, 1.08% Native American, 0.12% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.36% from two or more races. 0.12% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 311 households out of which 36.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.4% are married couples living together, 7.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 23.8% are non-families. 20.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.68 and the average family size is 3.05.
