An anomaloscope is an instrument used to test for color blindness. It is able to detect whether a person is a dichromat or a tritanope. The apparatus was invented by the German ophthalmologist and physiologist Willibald A. Nagel (1870-1911) who named it "anomaloskop" in 1907.[1] Color blindness in humans is the inability to perceive differences between some or all colors that other people can distinguish. ... Ophthalmology is the branch of medicine which deals with the diseases of the eye and their treatment. ... Physiology (in Greek physis = nature and logos = word) is the study of the mechanical, physical, and biochemical functions of living organisms. ...

The four-channel anomaloscope as set forth in claim 8 wherein the second one of said filters is used to adjust the wavelength of the light rays emitted from the second bulb adjacent thereto to 480 nm.
The four-channel anomaloscope as set forth in claim 8 wherein the third one of said filters is used to adjust the wavelength of the light rays emitted from the third bulb adjacent thereto to 440 nm.
The four-channel anomaloscope as set forth in claim 8 wherein the fourth one of said filters is used to adjust the wavelength of the light rays emitted from the fourth bulb adjacent thereto to 500 nm.
The anomaloscope is claimed in claim 5, wherein one interference filter has a wavelength of 580 nm, a second interference filter has a wavelength of 480 nm, a third interference filter has a wavelength of 440 nm and a fourth interference filter has a wavelength of 500 nm.
The anomaloscope as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dichroic mirror is tilted at a 45 degree angle in a direction of left-up and right-down, said dichroic mirror allows visible light to penetrate and reflects IR light.
An anomaloscope which can generate different illuminance for test according to the present invention is thus constructed the middle plate at the internal of housing has a plurality of air holes at the same height with light bulbs having a diameter between 1 and 1.5 cm.
