The mall is going through an extensive renovation that will move the current 10 screen theater to a replacement 16 screen "stadium style seating" one in the outer parking lot area. The theater pad being vacated will house the new Robinsons-May and a new corridor will be built along it for the other 31 stores. A Hilton hotel will also be constructed next door to the replacement movie theater. After completion of this phase, this mall will be the largest single story mall in the U.S. mills owned or not.
