D, The percentage of oscillators in-phase and antiphase for the same simulation and time period as C; oscillators that are ±2 h from the mean phase are considered to be in-phase, and oscillators that are ±2 h from the mean phase offset 12 h are considered to be in antiphase.
B, The percentage of oscillators in-phase and antiphase for a simulation of 720 h using the phase-resetting function in A; oscillators that are ±2 h from the mean phase are considered to be in-phase, and oscillators that are ±2 h from the mean phase offset 12 h are considered to be in antiphase.
