Antoni was professor and head of the Institute of Stomatology at the Lwów University. He was an editor and publisher of the "Polska Dentystyka" since 1930 renamed to "Polska Stomatologia" (Polish Stomatology) and "Slowianska Stomatologia" (Slavic Stomatology) magazines.
