The Jackrabbit Project has been formed to develop an open source implementation of the Content Repository for Java Technology API (JCR), being specified within the Java Community Process as JSR-170. Jackrabbit is hosted by the Apache Software Foundation, where it successfully graduated from incubation to a Top Level Project. Open source refers to projects that are open to the public and which draw on other projects that are freely available to the general public. ...
