Appledore Engineering, which has operated from 600 State St. for six years, will move by June 1 to a new office building being constructed at Pease by developer Two International Group.
Appledore specializes in both civil and marine engineering, with a client base that ranges from the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard to Applebees, Home Depot and Shaw's Supermarkets.
Appledore plans to sublease its current space once it moves to Pease, White said.
