The Arboretum of the University of Central Florida is an arboretum and botanical garden for the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, USA. 80 acres (32 hectares) in area, it contains more than 600 species of plants, including more than 100 bromeliads, in cultivated gardens. The Arboretum was founded in 1983. Its cultivated areas currently include: a Conservatory Compound, a Bromeliad Sanctuary, Cycad Garden, Fern Garden, Palm Collection, Rose Garden, Swamp Habitat, and Wetland Plants Display. The arboretum suffered a fire in 2004.
