Archibald Asparagus is a character in the animated movies of the VeggieTales series. He has a taste for “class” and wants more than anything to turn the usually wacky VeggieTales into a more “classy”, serious work. Archibald was inspired by the Monty Python's Flying Circus character "The Colonel", a stuffy army officer played by Graham Chapman who occasionally appeared out of nowhere to order the end of a sketch.
