Army of Me was released in 1995 and was the first single to be taken from the album Post. The song became a Modern Rock hit peaking on the rock charts at #2 in the United States. The single peaked at #10 in the UK. The song was later used on the charity project Army of Me-Xes in late 2004. The song also appeared on the soundtrack of "Tank Girl".
