Arne Harris was best known for his work on WGN-TV broadcasts of the Chicago Cubs. He often peppered the broadcast with shots of pretty young girls, which caught the attention of many a male cub fan.
Arne Eldon Schmidt was born in Hollywood, Minn. on Oct. 25, 1933, to Edward and Clara (Biegler) Schmidt.
