Arney is a small village south west of Enniskillen in Northern Ireland. It shares its name with a river which feeds Upper Lough Erne. Arney argues that the district court committed reversible error in four respects: (1) in administering the Allen instruction because it was coercive, (2) in excluding the testimony of Mr.
Arney's misrepresentations to acquire loans and his cattle inventory, we find that the district court did not abuse its discretion in determining that the cattle inventory reports were intrinsic to the crimes charged and that Rule 404(b) was therefore inapplicable.
Arney testified that he interpreted a "stick-um" from his counsel attached to the interrogatory as advice to delay filing his returns because he would not have to produce tax returns that he had not filed.

Arney says he has mixed feelings about using the copied software and music, but he is on a limited budget, even though he saved some money from his summer job as a researcher for Zymo Genetics, in Seattle.
Arney's day, and he and other students say it is the best way to reach anyone at Caltech.
