Aroland (2006 Population 325) is an Oji-Cree reserve in the Canadian province of Ontario, located in the Thunder Bay District approximately 20 kilometres west of Nakina. The Nishnawbe-Aski, also known as the Oji-Cree, Anishinini or, less correctly, Severn Ojibwe, are a First Nation in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Manitoba, residing in a narrow band extending from the Missinaibi River region in Northeastern Ontario at the east to Lake Winnipeg at the west. ...
