Fentress Bradburn Architects are the architects of the building, and Ahmadiah Construction is the primary contractor. The tower will complement the existing 130-meter high Courtyard by Marriott hotel, the upscale Arraya Shopping Mall and the Arraya Ballroom.
Construction on the tower began in February 2005, with occupation scheduled for February 2008. As of November 11, 2006, construction on the tower has reached the fourteenth floor.
