Arthur Mitchell is the leader of the Yukon Liberal Party. He is a former businessman and Alternate Chair of the Yukon Worker's Compensation Health and Safety Board. Mitchell was also a member of the City of Whitehorse Parks and Recreation Board, and the Elijah Smith Elementary School Council.
