artspace is at the West Edge where art galleries, studios, museums, parks, restaurants, antique shops, artists' residences, and numerous public art installations exist. This was all in part do to an investment of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. The economic return on SRAC's investment has gained great success, and these exciting urban renewal efforts have brought 11 formerly vacant buildings back to life.
