- "Biter's Block" features Speech of Arrested Development.
- On the back of the CD case, the title for track 5 should be "Sloppy Love Jingle Pt. 1", but there is a typing error and it is written as "Sloppy Live jingle Pt. 1". This mistake was fixed on the re-release. In addition, when the album is played on a computer, all three "Sloppy Love Jingle" appear as "Sloppy Live Jingle".

- The group recently went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote the album.
- The name of the album is a lyric from "Scandalous Scholastics", which is a track on the album.
- Track 6, "Viva la White Girl", comes off as a song about cocaine usage, but singer Travis McCoy explains the song is a metaphor for his love of music.
