The Association of Space Explorers is a non_profit organization with a membership composed of people who have flown in space. It was formed in 1985, and the current membership stands at about 300. The organization provides a forum for the promotion of space exploration, as well as space science and engineering, environmental awareness, &c. It is an international organization with members from 29 different nations.
