Au Gres is a city located in Arenac County, Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 1,028.

Demographics As of the census2 of 2000, there are 1,028 people, 468 households, and 285 families residing in the city. The population density is 174.1/km˛ (450.1/mi˛).
