The station is located at the eastern end of the Auburn Road rail overpass. Shops are located near the station.


Facilities

The station consists of three platforms, two in an island format. The island platform (platforms 1&2) contains a large red brick building, while platforms 3 contains a semi-large red brick building. A large Metcard is located in the station's subway, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. Metcard is the ticket used to access public transport in Melbourne, Australia (under the moniker Metlink). History
