Coat of Arms

Its coat of arms ia made up with a blue over a silver twin wave with a swinning duck with a golden leg and a golden bill. The colors are green yellow and black.

History

Since the establishment of the Duchy of Bavaria, the place was Bavarian until 1780 with the Peace of Teschen with the Innviertal (that time, the Innbaiern) joined Auenbach with Austria. During the Napoleonic Wars, it became Bavarian again until 1814 when it rejoined Upper Austria.
