The film's development was confirmed on December 19, 2005 when A&A's official website was launched, although it was still in its designing stages and was not yet fully completed at the time. The movie trailer was available in an iPod and PlayStation Portable format. The official plot has not been fully revealed, due to Angels and Airwaves' first American and European tour. Currently, the production of the movie is underway. The trailer features shots of space and images of soldiers battling opposing forces while Tom's voice can be heard asking "Do you believe everything happens for a reason? When you close your eyes, do you see the future? And If you could escape from your past, would you be ready for the next adventure?" It is said Tom is referring to the epiphany he had in Europe in late 2004. Many people have considered the movie in progress to be 'The last chance for Tom to prove Angels & Airwaves can change the world' because he has said numerous times that the band's debut album will 'change the face of rock-and-roll'. Just recently, Ryan Sinn, by rumors, had left the band due to musical differences and directions. As of now, he is temporarily off the writing staff for the future production of the film.
