Azusagawa (梓川村; -mura) is a village located in Minamiazumi District, Nagano, Japan.


As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 10,790 and a density of 254.48 persons per kmē. The total area is 42.40 kmē.

Kamikochi, in Nagano Praefecture, is the center of Chubu-Sangaku (Japan Alps) National Park that features the spectacular mountain range known as the Northern Alps.

It is the vigor of the Azusagawa that has carved this rugged valley and formed the steep south flank of the North Alps.
