The Bachelor of Fine Arts, or BFA, or B.F.A. is an undergraduate degree. It offers a broad education in the visual arts or performing arts and usually contains a studio or conservatory component, which is a significant part of the program. It differs from a BA degree in that at least half of the classroom time offered to students is in the form of artistic training.

Typically, a BFA degree will require a specialty such as, sculpture, drawing & painting, metals, ceramics, printmaking, fiber or new media.

BFA Bilingual Foundation of The Arts - Home Page (200 words)
BFA is a window through which thousands of Southern Californians have been transported into the magical, passionate world of Hispanic theater.
For 34 years BFA has provided the opportunity for theater artists to begin their careers in the performing arts.
Through all of BFA’s programs and presentations, the theater continues to serve and represent its vital Hispanic/Latino cultural community and brings together people of diverse backgrounds in a shared experience that elevates, educates and enlightens.
The BFA - Connectors (417 words)
The BFA connector comprises an insulated recessed 'female' plug and an insulated recessed 'male' socket and is designed to comply with relevant European and North American Safety Standards.
The BFA Connector exceeds the robustness, versatility and performance of the current 4mm ‘banana’ plug and socket.
In order to encourage the EU-wide (and ultimately the world-wide) use of the BFA Connector, full design details will be made available to equipment and component manufacturers, on a licence-free basis, in return for a nominal charge of £100, to cover costs.
