Padishah, Badishah, or Badshah is a title sometimes applied to to a several historic monarchs, notably the rulers of Iran, the Ottoman Empire, and the Moghul Empire. It is derived from the Persian word Padshah, which is based on the better-known title "Shah".
Badshah also oversees programs aimed at helping nonprofit organizations improve their effectiveness through increased technology capacity.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Badshah was the CEO and president of Digital Partners Foundation, a Seattle-area nonprofit organization whose mission is to utilize the digital economy to benefit the poor.
Badshah is a doctoral graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the former president of the Lambda Alpha International New Jersey Chapter, an honorary land economic society.
Badshah Khan’s followers, on the other hand, saw the decision as a remarkable effort by their leader to unite the crossborder Pakhtun communities in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Badshah Khan was born in 1890 in Utmanzai, in Charsadda District, near Peshawar.
Badshah Khan was always the inspirational head of this movement, and after him, these parties were led first by his son, Khan Abdul Wali Khan, and today by his grandson, Asfandyar Wali Khan.
