Baffa is a town in Sirran Valley located in Mansehra District, NWFP, Pakistan. It is few kilometers from the Karakoram Highway but is surrounded by many small villages which make it a very important place. Baffa has a lot of good education institutions serving Baffa and surrounding areas. Baffa is a very famous for Khowa (a sweet made of milk). A majority of the people belong to the Surkheli branch of the Swati tribe.
