Balga is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Stirling.


The name "Balga" was adopted in 1954 and is derived from an Aboriginal word for the indigenous grass tree Xanthorrhoea, commonly known as the Black Boy. Its post code is 6061.
