School inspection

The Department of Education (Northern Ireland) carried out a school inspection in January 1999 and found that the "excellent relationships and welcoming atmosphere in this school are notable features ... the staff place high priority on creating a secure, settled atmosphere for the children and it is to the credit of the teachers that there is no evidence within the school of the tensions in the local community".
